Lena Cotton

While searching  for a way to a healthier lifestyle, Lena was introduced to yoga.  It became a way for her to continue on a nutritious path when she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in early 2011. Lena received her yoga certification from Hot Power Yoga in Laramie, Wyoming, and she's been teaching for Healthy Life Studio since September of 2016.  While she has certifications in a variety of styles, her true love is teaching beginners.  She is also an elementary music teacher for        NCSD #1, and owner of Healthy Life Studio.

Debbie Bain

Debbie fell in love with yoga in 2013 . She had been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis years earlier. The progression of the disease had gotten so bad she had lost hope, medicine couldn't even do the trick. She wandered into healthy life studio one day and yoga was just the right dose of medicine she needed. Years later she is now certified through Bodhi Yoga out of Utah. She has 50 hours of Chakra training. She has been enriching the lives of others through her teaching at Healthy Life Studio for a year now. In Debbie's class she focuses on yoking the mind, body, and soul. This isn't just a workout but a way of life.
